bathroom, with separate shower.
3. Studio – 2 big tables for modelling
+ 1 table for working.
4. Living room.
5. Dining area – does not need to
be big.
6. Toilet.
7. Kitchen.
8. Laundry – an outside area to hang
up close.
9. 2 car garage space – connect to
the studio.
10. Gym.
11. Swimming pool.
12. A small living area in next to
the guest rooms.
13. Kids play room and
informal family area are removed from the list, - as they don’t have children.
Relationships:
1. Living area and bedroom area
should be separated.
2. Windows and walls should be designed
to protect their privacy.
3. The swimming pool should be
connected to the house, not being separated to the house.
4. Great view in the gym.
Comments:
